HOCKEY
Well done to the children for coming runners up at the recent Hockey tournament. It now means we are through to the playoffs! This will take place at Trinity School on 22nd May and the winners go through to represent Bexley at the Crystal Palace Youth Games later in the year.

FOOTBALL
The Year 5s and 6s played in a football tournament at St Columbas. The Year 6 team came fourth in their group, but the Year 5s managed to progress to the semi-final. They were unfortunate to lose in the dying seconds of the game. Both teams played extremely well and showed great team spirit.
The girls football team had their first game on Wednesday at Danson Primary School. It was the first round of the Bexley Competition. They were absolutely brilliant and played their socks off! They won 2-0 but it could so easily have been more. Well done to the team.
The boys team played in a mini-competition last night where they came third. They were absolutely fantastic. I was extremely impressed with the way they passed the ball round, tackled and persevered. They really deserved much more from the games in which they played.
I would like to say a big well done to all those children who have played this week you have all led by example. Thank you to all those parents who were able to take the children to the games and stayed to support us. As always, it is very much appreciated.

TAG RUGBY
The Year 3 Tag Rugby team was victorious at the Dartfordians Tag Rugby Tournament. Much to the delight of their supporters they were unbeaten throughout the contest and emerged as League and Cup Winners. Once again the children displayed some excellent rugby skills, good sportsmanship and made their parents and school very proud.
